Did you find us by typing part numbers into Google from a local quote?
If you found us because a local installer gave you a quote and now you are researching prices,
unless you are prepared to install your own system you are not comparing apples-to-apples.
For apples-to-apples, you must compare local quotes to other local quotes.

What the other web stores don't want you to know...

Many people install their own phone systems, but installing your own phone system is not for everyone.

You have to read the hardware installer manual first to make sure you understand exactly what is involved, otherwise, your system may not function exactly the way you want it to, then there's nasty restocking fees for the customers that give up (don't give up! we can usually find a local professional that can wire your system for you, then we can remotely program your system while you watch on your computer screen and learn to maintain it yourself!).

Additionally, you have to be prepared to perform repairs and diagnostics yourself. Granted, we pride ourselves in responding to your emergencies the same day, but UPS, FedEx, DHL, and the like still take at a minimum 24 hours to get replacement parts we send to you actually TO YOU once we together determine exactly what the problem is (keep in mind, NEC is one of the most reliable platforms out there, which is why we have chosen it as the ONLY platform we offer for sale).

Not sure if you can install it yourself? Here's a partial list of local installers that have your interests in mind, and that have taken the initiative to contact us, and have completed NEC's training classes for the NEC DSX phone system.

Local installers cost more, they also give you a lot more.

You will probably notice that when you purchase your equipment from a local reseller, that it costs 30% to 70% more than what is offered at our website. Keep in mind that many local resellers recommend which products you need, and keep them in stock at their offices in your city and can usually provide the fastest response in the event you have a critical need for a repair. Given this, it is fair for a local reseller to expect a premium for the enhanced service that only a local reseller can offer.

While we can not recommend any specific installer, we recommend that you only use NEC certified installers and NEC Authorized Channel Resellers since only NEC Authorized Channel Resellers can get warranty support directly from NEC in the rare instance of equipment malfunction.

If you purchased your phone system at another online store and are not getting the support you need, you may be out of luck.

Beware of websites offering "free unlimited support" because it's usually by email only, by appointment only, or they don't return your calls.
